Sometimes I have very little time in the morning but want to make something to get my day started right. Decided to make something quick this morning and look forward to making this again!
Simple, fresh, light, tasty, protein, fiber and health fats.
FRESH N’ LIGHT
Total time: 5-10 mins
1/2 Cup of Oats
1/2 Tb of Butter
1/2 tsp of Cinnamon
1 Cup of Full fat Greek yogurt
1/4 Cup raspberries
2 Tbs of Basil
Drizzle of Extra virgin olive oil
Drizzle of Honey
Turn small pan on medium heat, add in butter and simmer until it becomes golden brown. Add in oats and stir till toasted. Once toasted take off heat, sprinkle with cinnamon to taste and set aside.
Put Full fat Greek yogurt into bowl, top with the toasted oats, raspberries and basil. Drizzle with Extra virgin olive oil and honey.
